Your tasks:

• Responsibility for all comprehensive controlling processes
• Ongoing financial accounting accounts payable & accounts receivable incl. payment and dunning runs
• First point of contact for the management and interface with tax consultants, tax offices, social security institutions and banks
• Preparation of payroll accounting for the tax consultant
• Evaluation of business figures and agency results
• Monitoring the agency forecast and, if necessary, making adjustments to achieve financial targets
• Analysis and evaluation of the BWA and, if necessary, recommendations for cost reductions
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analyses for management
• Monitoring the month-end closing and reviewing the balance sheet accounts for Stuttgart and Novi Sad, our technology location
• Optimization of project controlling and reporting
• Continuous digitalization of controlling processes
• You are a strong sparring partner for the management and our executives
• Preparation of annual financial planning in coordination with the management
• Monitoring and managing liquidity in all our bank accounts
• Preparing and coordinating the annual financial statements with the tax advisors

Your Profile:

• You have a commercial apprenticeship or comparable degree with a focus on finance
• You have several years of professional experience that you can build on. Ideally also in an agency
• You are familiar with DATEV Unternehmen Online for financial accounting, wages and salaries
• You are a number cruncher and want to get to the bottom of the facts
• You have a strong desire to optimize
• You work confidently with digital tools and are happy to give us ideas for further digitalization and process optimization
• You quickly make friends with digital tools that you are not yet familiar with
• You work reliably, independently and responsibly in your field
• You have basic knowledge of social security law and can easily prepare payroll accounting for our tax advisor
