Bauknecht goes new digital ways.

Responsibility for Bauknecht's social media budget has been in the hands of the Stuttgart-based creative agency VON HELDEN UND GESTALTEN since January 2020.

For 100 years, Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH has been supporting its customers with household appliances around the globe. A success that is something to be proud of. And since Bauknecht stands not only for tradition, but also for innovation, the Stuttgart-based household appliance manufacturer has decided to take its social media presence to the next level. With VON HELDEN UND GESTALTEN, they have found a strong partner for this. Not least because the creative powerhouse convinces with digital projects, animation and film.

In order to give the diverse channels a framework, VON HELDEN UND GESTALTEN revised the social media style guide for Bauknecht in the first step and put it into a modern, contemporary design. This now follows a clear line, ensures a recognition value for the followers and is adapted to the needs of the customers. The image and text language, topics such as sustainability, healthy recipe suggestions and do-it-yourself instructions have ensured a steady increase in the number of followers since the restructuring by the new agency began.

The content for the Bauknecht social media channels is produced in-house at VON HELDEN UND GESTALTEN. From image editing and animation to film editing. In recent months, a strong Bauknecht team has formed at VON HELDEN UND GESTALTEN, which produces various formats and always new ideas. Among others, an animation series with the Bauknecht bear Gottlob, which presents the advantages of Bauknecht washing machines in a fast and creative way. From the idea to the storyboard to the animation, VON HELDEN UND GESTALTEN puts all its manpower into the production. But also with "Jürgen checkt's", a series on various household tips is regularly produced, which is very well received by the followers.

"We really enjoy working with VON HELDEN UND GESTALTEN," says Vanessa Böhm, Digital Marketing Manager at Bauknecht. "The agency puts itself 100 per cent into our brand and target group and often surprises us with exciting, new ideas."

With a lot of verve and a focus on the further development of the digital channels, VON HELDEN UND GESTALTEN also likes to work outside the box and produce all contributions in-house. This involves both the motion department and the creative graphics and text team.

In addition, VON HELDEN UND GESTALTEN supported Bauknecht in mid-February with the broadcast of a live cooking show at the Medienboard party on the occasion of the 70th Berlinale. With the VON HELDEN UND GESTALTEN camera team on site and live broadcasts on Facebook and Instagram, VON HELDEN UND GESTALTEN already showed here where the journey was heading. As presenter, Jana Ina Zarrella was in front of the camera to support celebrity chef Ralf Jakumeit in preparing his dishes in the Bauknecht show kitchen.
