How we see this position:
As our Business Assistant, you'll be the heart of our office - transforming everyday work into a seamless, enjoyable experience. Your role is an operational cornerstone that connects key points of our office life: Everyday activities and administrative processes, with an eye on the team pulse. With a proactive approach and attention to details, you will nourish our workplace culture, turning potential challenges into efficient workflows. This isn't a background position, but a pivotal role for someone who takes pride in making things work perfectly.
Your job will be to assist us with:
- Filing and managing company documents
- Receiving, paying, and filing bills
- Communication with our accounting office
- Communicating with vendors
- HR administration (Managing documents related to Vacations, Sick leaves, Health and Safety, etc.)
This position offers variety without overwhelm. We're a small team therefore tasks in each area - whether financial, HR, or administrative - tend to have natural fluctuations and come in waves rather than constant streams. We're looking for someone who enjoys wearing different hats throughout the month and doesn’t necessarily need to be a specialist in everything.
