Executive Creative Director (m/f/d)

We’re not looking for an administrator. We’re looking for someone with the passion to take on creative leadership, develop people, and turn good ideas into stories that can’t be ignored. Our first Executive Creative Director.

Your Role You are the agency’s creative authority. You set the quality standards, make the creative decisions, and, above all, continue to develop our creative team. You relieve the management team of day-to-day creative leadership and provide the team with a clear, bold direction—across all disciplines.

What you'll be doing with us:

• You’ll help our creative team grow—both professionally and personally—and build a culture where great work and great people thrive. 
• You are responsible for the overall creative quality and the distinctive design style across all projects. 
• You set the creative direction and integrate Film, online marketing, Web Design and Brandinginto a cohesive whole—the unifying thread across all disciplines.
• You’ll creatively lead pitches and new business efforts and help our clients into heroes in their industry.
• You’ll work closely with strategy, consulting, and management teams, combining creativity with impact.

What you bring to the table:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Creative Director Design at a top agency with premium clients.
• A strong, ideally outstanding portfolio in the field of brand & design. .
• A genuine passion for leadership – You enjoy helping people grow and taking responsibility for a team. 
• Consulting Strength – You Persuade clients—especially in the areas of creation and concept development—and provide clear, sound recommendations. 
• An interdisciplinary understanding of film through online marketing and web design to branding.
• Confident, compelling presence in presentations and in front of clients.
• Entrepreneurial Thinking.
• Business-fluent in German, very good in English.
