Text & Tone: You’ll write content tailored to specific audiences for various channels—from social media to website content and headlines to concise scripts.
Contributing to Concepts: You think in terms of ideas, support the development of creative concepts, and help present complex topics in an accessible way.
Adaptation & Refinement: You develop a feel for different brand voices and ensure that the tone is consistent across all touchpoints.
Interdisciplinary teamwork: You’ll work closely with design, strategy, and consulting teams and implement feedback in a structured and independent manner.
Learning through collaboration: You’ll be directly coached by experienced creatives who will equip you with the tools you need for strong conceptualization and precise, on-point copy.

What you bring to the table:

Initial experience: You have a college degree (e.g., in communication studies, German language and literature, or advertising) or comparable training, and have already gained some initial experience in an agency setting (e.g., through internships or part-time student jobs).
A knack for language: You love words, have a keen sense of tone and grammar, and write in a way that’s clear, precise, and lively.
Creative curiosity: You think outside the box, are interested in digital trends, pop culture, and new tools (e.g., AI-powered text processing), and are eager to try new things.
Organization & Commitment: You work reliably, contribute your own ideas, and boldly share your perspectives.
