We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager who not only manages customer relationships but also actively develops them. Someone who recognizes needs, translates them into clear tasks, and identifies growth potential—from strategic consulting to operational implementation.

What you can expect:
- Excellent customer support and development at the project and strategic level
- Interface between customer and agency: translating needs into precise briefings
- Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships (trust, access, rhythm)
- Consulting on brand, communication, and campaign issues—including deriving new recommendations
- Ensuring consistent brand and communication implementation across all channels
- Proactively identifying opportunities, trends, and optimization possibilities
- Recognizing cross-selling and up-selling potential and initiating appropriate measures
- Supporting pitch processes, offer development, and client presentations
What you bring to the table:
- Several years of experience as a senior account manager—ideally in an agency or consulting firm
- Strong understanding of brand management, communication, and digital touchpoints
- Ability to clearly analyze complex customer needs and derive structured solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills in customer and team contact
- Business fluent German and English skills
- Independent, structured way of working with a high degree of reliability and ownership mentality
- High service orientation and enjoyment of collaborative work
- Openness to new methods, tools, and efficient workflows – including AI-supported processes – experience with Moco, HubSpot, or Asana is an advantage
- Documentation of customer context, learnings, and best practices for internal knowledge transfer
- Management of feedback loops between customers and internal teams regarding quality and speed
- Preparation of reports, KPIs, and after-sales analyses
- Close collaboration with project management, new business, and strategy to develop tailor-made offers
