What awaits you:

You’ll support our experienced project managers in their day-to-day work and learn how to manage complex projects from the initial idea through to launch.
Clients from a wide range of industries—from established hidden champions to bold startups.
You’ll work closely with our creative, strategy, and tech teams to ensure our projects hit their targets precisely.
You’ll assist with planning and executing social media campaigns, website projects, and innovative digital formats.
Over time, you’ll take on your own sub-projects and become a direct point of contact for our clients.

What you bring to the table:

A college degree (e.g., in business administration, media management, or communication studies) or comparable training, as well as, ideally, some initial hands-on experience in an agency or marketing department.
You love organizing things. Deadlines, budgets, and to-do lists aren’t foreign concepts to you—they’re tools you want to master.
You come across as charming and assertive—both internally within the team and when interacting with clients.
You’re eager to learn new things (whether AI tools or new social media trends), take initiative, and have high standards for quality.
You’re comfortable using project management tools (like Asana) and have a basic understanding of digital channels.
