What awaits you:
- You’ll support our experienced project managers in their day-to-day work and learn how to manage complex projects from the initial idea through to launch.
- Clients from a wide range of industries—from established hidden champions to bold startups.
- You’ll work closely with our creative, strategy, and tech teams to ensure our projects hit their targets precisely.
- You’ll assist with planning and executing social media campaigns, website projects, and innovative digital formats.
- Over time, you’ll take on your own sub-projects and become a direct point of contact for our clients.
What you bring to the table:
- A college degree (e.g., in business administration, media management, or communication studies) or comparable training, as well as, ideally, some initial hands-on experience in an agency or marketing department.
- You love organizing things. Deadlines, budgets, and to-do lists aren’t foreign concepts to you—they’re tools you want to master.
- You come across as charming and assertive—both internally within the team and when interacting with clients.
- You’re eager to learn new things (whether AI tools or new social media trends), take initiative, and have high standards for quality.
- You’re comfortable using project management tools (like Asana) and have a basic understanding of digital channels.
