We have been managing all the German social media channels of Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH since 2020. We entertain their followers on Facebook and Instagram with plenty of tips, recipes, funny videos and competitions. Together with our client, we have created an ideal workflow featuring a well thought-out editorial plan, weekly jour fixes and digital communication tools. The fan base is constantly growing, thanks to targeted advertising campaigns and the creation of special content for different target groups.

Clear guidelines meet current trends. Using simple rules, we create a customised social media profile that doesn't look like advertising.

Social media topics

To keep your community of followers steadily growing, you need a certain framework and key topics. These topics are selected in a quarterly meeting with the customer. We’ve created a fluid and transparent workflow around them by combining an editorial plan in Trello, a weekly jour fixe via Google Hangouts and quick exchanges via Slack. This way everything is well documented, clear and transparent for everyone involved and facilitates a fast  workflow.

Content creation

Food, sustainability, household tips and life hacks. Prepared, photographed, animated or filmed by us. Fans of our Bauknecht channel are treated to unique and exceptional content.

Berlinale 2020

For the Berlinale celebrity get-together, we realized the live broadcast of the Bauknecht cooking show via Instagram and Facebook. We also interviewed the celebrities on topics such as cooking, healthy eating and sustainability, as well as creating content for the social media channels.
